Shopping at Stellapulvis is easy! Just follow these steps:

  • 1. Use the menu or the search feature and find the product you want to buy. We are sure you will find the product you are looking for!
  • 2. If you are looking for a specific product, you can use the filters (size, color and price) to sort products according to different criteria (new products, low to high price, high to low price, etc.).
  • 3. Did you find what you were looking for? Choose your size and add the items to your cart. After adding the items, click on "COMPLETE ORDER".
  • 4. Select a payment method to complete the transaction.

No, shopping on the Stellapulvis website only requires your basic contact details. However, we recommend you to register to track your order more easily and to always be informed about new arrivals.

At Stella Pulvis the shipping cost is 15£.

You can view the status of your order by going to "My Account" and clicking on "My Orders".

We're sorry, but you cannot make additions or changes to your order. However, you can place a new order with the products you want to add.

The orders you place at Stellapulvis are shipped within 1 business day and delivered to the address you specified in your order within 2-4 business days.

If your order has not been shipped yet, go to 'My Orders' on the 'My Account' page. Go to the detail of the relevant order and press the 'Cancel' button.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

At Stella Pulvis you can't exchange but you can request a return for products you purchased within 30 days.

To request a return, go to 'My Orders' in the 'My Account' section. Press the 'Easy Return' button. Select the product to return and the reason for the return. If you have purchased more than one of the same product, you will also need to select the number of products to return. Complete the process. After completing, You can send the products with any cargo you prefer.
